Gorgeous Rustic Barn like look for Fireplace Mantel, floating wood shelf or ceiling beam!
These are lightweight real wood hollow beams with a handcrafted distressed look for that rustic look & feel! Our beams/mantels are made of 3/4” knotty pine wood constructed into a hollow box beam for a lightweight easy to install mantel/beam and we distress/stain each one to give a reclaimed wood look for your custom size or color needs. Easy 2 person installation. Will include French cleat mechanism with screws for easy mounting. Please let us know with your order if you do NOT need the mounting. We will provide it if no mention.
U pick your size, color from color swatch image (we do our best to match any color you need). Metal Decorative Straps & Hex Bolts are included unless otherwise noted in listing dimension options. If you’d like rounded clavos bolts please message us prior to purchase to receive a custom order link. Please scroll options under dimensions, we can also add 4 bolts or round calvos without straps for an additional $45.
NEW FEATURE: we now offer metal straps up to 4” width!!! Please inquire if interested. Fees vary. Each mantel comes with standard 2” width metal straps and hex bolts. If you’d like wider straps, larger bolts or rounded clavos message us we have them in stock for an additional fee! You can upgrade and add them to your cart with your mantel. The 3” set of straps are an additional $60, 4” set of straps are an additional $120.
Depending on size and weight of item, shipping varies via usps priority, FedEx ground or private shipping. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions. Anything can be made!!
Please note processing time varies, usually 2-4 weeks fabricated and delivered or quicker, depending on volume of orders for the week. We keep you updated and informed throughout the process and send you a pic of your mantel for approval on color prior to shipment. Each mantel is made to order, no 2 mantels are alike. Each has its own characteristics, color hues, Handcrafted distressed style. We take pride in each mantel created for each client. Absolutely gorgeous & a work of art!
